This is the ideal massage for those who need extra help in releasing muscular tension and/or those who prefer a deeper massage. It will typically focus on your primary areas of discomfort which are likely to be the back, neck, shoulders and legs. Deep tissue massage benefits can be found in both physical/mental wellbeing areas and can also be combined with hot stones.
Hot Stone Massage
This is a truly relaxing treatment using hot stones of varying sizes on parts of the body to give a deep massage whilst creating a sense of warmth and comfort, maximising the therapeutic benefits of massage.
